The practical detail
Is the Family plan per child or per family?
Per family. One subscription covers up to four children, each with their own profile, placement and progress records. If you have more than four children, email us — we will not charge you twice for the same lessons.
What happens to courses I bought individually if I cancel?
Individually purchased courses are yours permanently and are completely unaffected by starting or cancelling a subscription. Only the Family plan's all-access element ends when a subscription ends.
Do you offer regional pricing?
Yes. Reduced pricing applies automatically in 12 countries including South Africa, the Philippines, India, Nigeria and Kenya, and is reflected in the price shown at checkout. We also run a bursary programme for families who cannot afford the reduced rate — email us and we will sort it out without requiring documentation.
What is the refund policy?
Thirty days, no questions asked, on any course or subscription. Reply to your receipt email and we will refund it.
